All students must apply to graduate. The office of the registrar evaluates your eligibility to graduate.

You must receive clearance from the Head of Business Faculty and the Finance department to be able to receive your diploma or certificate.

What is the difference between graduation and convocation?

• Graduation is your achievement, you’ve completed your program and you’re ready for that next step.

• Convocation is the celebration, that moment you walk across the stage to receive your parchment and we recognize your success.

How to Apply?

Gather all the forms needed to be completed. The deadline of your forms is 1 month after you complete your last class of the program.

Email the forms to registrar@acecareercollege.com with the subject “Graduation forms”

The office of the registrar will evaluate your eligibility to graduate. Once the evaluation is complete. You will receive an email regarding the convocation.
